Yes — BooksensAI handles your monthly bookkeeping, not your taxes. Think of us as the person who keeps your books clean and organized so your CPA can do their job faster (and charge you less).
We connect via QuickBooks' official OAuth API — we never see or store your banking credentials. Transaction data is stored in an encrypted Postgres database. Only transaction metadata (vendor, amount, category) is sent to our AI for classification — never account numbers or personal customer information.
Any active QuickBooks Online plan works — Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced. BooksensAI connects via the QBO API which is included in all plans.
